Meet The Chef
Chef Valarie Williams has been cooking since the age of 8. Her grandmother, aunts and father, all from New Orleans, gave her the foundation and a real passion for cooking traditional Cajun dishes. Her formal culinary teachings began at CCSF Culinary in San Francisco, California and continued at Delgado in New Orleans, Louisiana.
She has cooked professionally for the New Orleans Hilton, La Madeline’s French Café in the French Quarters and is sought after by churches, businesses and her friends to create memorable dining experiences. She launched My Little Bites of Heaven Catering Service in 2015 and specializes in creating dynamic but affordable meals that will
