Monday: Delivery of 2Go Weekly Meals 
Tuesday, Thursday & Friday by appointment only for Meal Prep Lessons, Intimate Dining or Consultations (6-10:30 pm ) 
Wednesday: No Appointments
Saturday: 9 am - 3 pm or by appointment for all services
Sunday: Delivery of 2Go Weekly Meals

When booking please keep these hours in mind as the order system will allow you to place orders 24/7 but services will only be for the hours listed above.
