Service Description

These 30 minute sessions are available to discuss you event, the menus and costs. We can also schedule a special events tasting prior to your event so you can actually taste your menu selections and make any last minute revisions. The tasting costs vary based on the menu but on average, tastings are between $25 and $50.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees apply to Private Lessons, Intimate and Special Events. Intimate and Special Event contracts will specify the cancellation policy and amounts. Private Lessons have a $45 cancellation fee if done without 48 hours advance notification. The $45 fee will be deducted from your pre-paid weekly payment and you will receive the difference of your weekly fee in the form of a class credit of $80 (Plan A) or $115 (Plan B) which covers the cost of food for your booked session. That credit can be applied towards a future class.
